BIOL 300 - Genetics


The nature, transmission, variation, and action of the genetic material. Required of all biology majors.

Prerequisite: Successful completion with a grade of ‘C’ or higher in BIOL 107 - Cells, Molecules, and Genes  and BIOL 104 - Ecology and Evolution of the Organism  or BIOL 330 - Cell Biology and successful completion of CHEM 130 - Chemical Principles I , and successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in CHEM 131 - Chemical Principles II 
Credits: 4
When Offered: (spring only)
