JINS 365 - Science and Literature This course looks at the intersections between literature and science in particular historical contexts. How does literature anticipate, refute, incorporate, and endorse scientific ideas? How do scientific ideas influence writers? Some laboratory activities included.
Prerequisite: Junior status. Credits: 3 hours NOTE: This course fulfills the Junior Interdisciplinary Writing-Enhanced Seminar Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
