Examination of the global environment of business and roles of multinational corporations in the globalization process. Special emphasis is placed on comparative management, international investment, finance, marketing and human resource management.

Prerequisites: BSAD 325, BSAD 329, BSAD 349 and undergraduate major in business administration, accounting, or admission to graduate accounting program.
