Examination of the global environment of business and roles of multinational corporations in the globalization process. Special emphasis is placed on comparative management, international investment, finance, marketing and human resource management.

Prerequisites: ECON 200 with a minimum grade of C, BSAD 325, BSAD 329, and BSAD 349.
