CLAS 362 - Classical Civilization


An overview of the ancient Greek and Roman civilizations. Students will examine and discuss the cultural and intellectual achievements of these two cultural civilizations, the values of these cultures in relation to their political and social structures, and their interactions with other cultures within and without their boundaries.

Credits: 3 hours

NOTE: This course fulfills the Intercultural Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
