ECON 306 - Economics of Law A positive economic analysis of the efficiency of the legal system, and its impact on the microeconomic behavior of firms and consumers; topics of emphasis include property law and zoning, protection of intellectual property, torts, contracts, and the economics of crime.
Prerequisite: ECON 201 or ECON 205. Credits: 3 hours NOTE: General Honors Course.
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
