ENG 250 - Shakespeare An examination of representative comedies, histories, tragedies, romances, and poems significant in understanding Shakespeare’s development as a poet and dramatist. This course provides students with knowledge concerning the cultural, historical, theatrical, and literacy context of Shakespeare’s art.
Credits: 3 hours NOTE: This course fulfills the Aesthetic: Literature Mode of Inquiry of the Liberal Studies Program. This course does not count toward the English major.
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
