HIST 141 - East Asian Civilization I The first half of the two-semester sequence of East Asian Civilization. It deals with cultural, political, and socioeconomic evolution in “traditional” China and Japan.
Credits: 3 hours NOTE: This course fulfills the Historical Mode of Inquiry and the Intercultural Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
NOTE: History major Asian History course.
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
