Music development from pre-Christian times through theClassical era; musical examples and practice in stylistic analysis. Music is studied within a framework of cultural context.

Prerequisites: MUSI 131, MUSI 133, and MUSI 339.
Credits: 3 hours
NOTE: General Honors Course.
Music major Music Theory, Literature, and History course.
