JAPN 325 - Japanese Culture This course surveys the culture and society of Japan from the earliest to the present times drawing on the disciplines of history, visual as well as performing arts, thought, religion, and literature. The class consists of lectures, complemented by videos, pictures, film presentations, class discussions, and student presentations.
Credits: 3 NOTE:
* This course fulfills the Intercultural Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
** This course counts toward the 63-credit Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
