LING 324 - Topics in Sociolinguistics An intercultural examination of a particular sociolinguistic topic, integrating linguistic, sociolinguistic, and anthropological approaches. Rotating topics might include Language and Ethnicity, Dialectology, Politics and Language Policy, English as a Global Language, and Language Contact. May be repeated under different topics.
