CHEM 130 - Chemical Principles I An introduction to the essential topics of chemistry. Topics include unit analysis, atomic theory, stoichiometry, reactions in solution, gas laws, bonding, and enthalpy. The three-hour weekly laboratory applies concepts learned in class and introduces students to essential chemistry lab techniques. Honors Scholar Course for students whose majors do not require CHEM 130, or who choose not to use it to fulfill major requirements.
