ABA 660G - Management and Leadership in Disability Services


This course provides students with review and intensive study of behavior analysis leadership as well as organizational behavior management literature. Students will review models that examine organizational structure, assessments that analyze organizational need, and potential organizational interventions to address personnel problems. Additionally, students will review models of leadership and learn the best ways to motivate staff and increase the performance of followers.
